Order updates on WhatsApp

Customers who ask for it at checkout get a WhatsApp message when their order is accepted and when it is ready to collect.

How it works

  1. The customer orders

    They choose from the business's menu on its ordering page and leave a name and mobile number.

  2. The business prepares it

    The order appears on the staff board. Staff accept it and mark it ready when it is done.

  3. The customer collects and pays

    They collect at the counter and pay there. If they opted in, WhatsApp tells them when to come.
